Root & Flame

Saturday 31st January 2026
10:30am to 5.30pm
Ashley Vale Action Group - Wild Goose Space, Bristol
As winter loosens its hold, we gather to feel life returning—slowly, softly, through the body. The sap begins to rise, our energy rekindles, and we remember the pleasure of being alive. Join us for a day of movement, touch, and connection. Through tantra-inspired practices, somatic embodiment, and simple, sacred presence, we’ll nourish body and spirit, awaken sensuality, and welcome the spark of spring.

This temple is open to those with a certain level of experience in Sacred sensuality and other such spaces. Awareness, openness and willingness to explore is essential for your own self-care and also the synergy of the group.
An Imbolc Temple of Reconnection
Freedom Within Limits

Saturday 14th February 2026
11am to 8.30pm
The Greenhouse, Bristol.
Immerse yourself in the sensorial textures and landscapes at the edges of contact improvisation, where movement becomes conversation and the rope enriches every whisper of sensation.

We will begin by grounding ourselves in contact improvisation.

Once we are tuned to the groups collective body, we’ll draw from Shibari. Firstly without ropes, exploring relational sensation, then we will meet the rope to deepen into resistance and surrender, stillness and breath, gravity and flow.

We’ll conclude with an exploratory jam, allowing space to integrate what we've explored and express ourselves freely, weaving our individual journeys into a collective tapestry of creativity and joy.

Bound and Unbound

Friday 27th - Sunday 29th March 2026
Anatomie Studio, London.
A three day intensive with Jamus Wood & Rick Nodine. Contact Improvisation, Shibari & BMC®.

In this short Intensive we will take time to explore some of the territory at the edges of Contact Improvisation. Exploring aspects of the dance that often go unrecognised or don’t receive quality attention.

Contact improvisation, led by Rick, will be at the heart of our practice and the ground of our shared language.

Join us in this supportive circle of explorers. Together, let’s celebrate the borders of Contact Improvisation with Shibari, deepening our connections through movement, trust and shared discovery.
