Please note if you have made a booking for a class hosted by another organisation their booking policy will take precedence, the below booking policy is only for classes and workshops directly organised and ticketed by Jamus.

Classes

 

If you are cancelling a booking for a class you can cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the event via our Ticket Tailor booking platform.

 

 We do not offer refunds but you will receive a credit that you can use for further bookings.

​

Cancellation within 24 hours of class commencement is not possible, outside the cut-off period you will be charged in full and will not be eligible for a credit.

If we need to cancel a class however, anyone who has booked may choose to either get a refund or a credit.

​

Individual classes within courses cannot be cancelled.

 

Workshops and Intensives

(anything longer 3 hours)

 

Cancellation for workshops or intensives needs to be made 7 days in advance of the date they begin to receive a credit.

 

Alternatively you can request a refund, and we will refund you 75% of the full amount (the other 25% goes towards the admin it takes to process your refund).

 

Less than 7 days before the event begins a refund or credit will not possible.

Any credit note given will be like for like in respect of time (i.e. a day workshop for another day workshop, or a half day for a half day) if there is a price difference we can discuss this.
